So, I know alot of you don't think I blog anymore... but I'm back hopefully. Here is a rundown of the past few months. We've had alot of fun.
The most recent picture of Kenzie. She found some of my lipstick hahah!

This is for anyone who has seen Seinfeld :) She does a great pose ?

So, for Valentine's day Jordan got me tickets to the George Strait concert-- We had so much fun. It started at 7 and didn't finish until 11:30= We were so tired, but it was so much fun! And I will say, he puts on a fun show.

The concert also included Reba McEntire and LeeAnn Womack. It was so fun to watch Reba. I never had really liked her that much before, but after seeing her, I really like it now.

All of a sudden, Kenzie disappeared. We found her with a book in the corner. She just wanted a little privacy to read a story :)

We ate some ice cream... well let say, Kenzie finished it off for us. She loves ice cream! That is probably her favorite food!

We went down to Moab for President's day. We drove to a tunnel and hiked through. Again it was pretty cold, but so much fun!

We also drove through Arches National Park. This is Kenzie and Jordan with Balanced rock.

We hiked up to Delicate Arch. It was super super windy but so fun. Jordan carried Mckenzie in our little carrier and we hiked up the trail. It is so amazing!

So Kenzie got a chalkboard/whiteboard for Christmas! She was so excited to draw Rapunzel! Thanks Bumpa and Nana. Here is just a picture of how fun the chalk is... we have started using an apron so its not so messy!

Before it got too cold, we went out to the Provo Airport and showed Kenzie all the airplanes. She had so much fun and wanted to fly in them. We told her she had to wait until she was bigger... who knows maybe she'll want to get her pilots license like her Daddy?

We had a great Halloween! We had so much fun with Kenzie this year! She was so excited to go knock on doors and say "trick or treat". She just couldn't believe that everyone was giving away M&Ms!!
Here are our pumpkins! Kenzie really didn't like the inside... she said "get that googiliegook out! I don't like the googiliegook!" Haha we had fun!

We lit her pumpkin and she was super excited!

She was a ladybug this year! Because it was raining outside we had to bundle up! As you can she, she got some candy before we even went out!

October Snow!

We got snow last night and when we woke up this morning we were so excited! Kenzie kept asking if she could go outside, so I told her after she was all bundled up we could go. Well she went and told Jordan, "Daddy, when I'm all bumble bee up, I can go outside" haha. She was excited! So we got her all bumble bee up and here she is.
A snow suit even! She kept wanting the snow off her boots---

We built her first snowman- so cute! She was excited for the rocks!

We even found sticks for arms!

She went to give it a hug-- well maybe I'm not the best snowman maker. Anyway it toppled over! She was so sad so we rebuilt it.

Then we made snow angels!

Then we came inside where it was nice and warma nd drank "ice cream cocoa" haha. We read a book about snowmen and how they drink "ice cold cocoa" and she has wanted Ice cream cocoa ever since. So we make hot chocolate to end our extravaganza! Toodles from snowland

Latest Happenings

I'm so sorry about the not posting for an entire month thing... yikes. Its all good now you can see in a nutshell what we have been up to.
We went camping in August. It was Mckenzie's first time and she had SOOOO much fun! Here she is helping daddy make a fire!

She has recently learned to jump on a trampoline-- and I have a hard time getting her off of one. We didn't have anyone living in the house next to us for 3 or 4 months and so we discovered the old owners left a trampoline. We would sneak over and jump jump jump. She is only making that face because I told her she had to stop jumping while I took the picture. But her hair is priceless!

It got quiet for a minute and then out came Kenzie with the roll of toilet paper from my bathroom. Luckily it didn't break (YEAH for CHarmin ultra strong). SHe was so proud of herself and she said, "Mommy look, I got the toilet paper!"

Well I decided to run a 5k race in Lindon the first part of August. This was after the race and Kenzie wanted to wear my number. She was running all around and just so excited! As you can see by the picture she was proud to be # 19 hehe!

I actually placed 2nd in my age group and set a personal record. I was happy!

So have I mentioned Kenzie LOVES LOVES LOVES chocolate? Well she got a hold of a cookie and I told her she could have it if I could have big smiles for the camera! Worked like a charm!

Kenzie and I go to the park a couple of times a week so she can swing! She loves the swings! Every time we go she says, "underdogs mom!" She is such a funny kiddo!

In the mornings, I let her watch an episode of Pooh and Tigger! Here is her chillin in her "Rella" chair (Cinderella)

So my friend gave me these shoes because her daughter grew out of them before she even got to wear them. Well, after 10 minutes of pulling and pushing, we got them on Kenzie's feet and decided it would be the only time for her to wear them. We had to take a picture!

Well, I was looking through our pictures and realized we haven't posted some fun things we've done this summer. So Here they are!

This is us at the Strawberry Day's Rodeo! Kenzie liked the rodeo except when the kids fell off during the mutton bustin.

Half Marathon

Well, I finally did it. I have been training for a half marathon for the past 3 months and yesterday I completed it. I have a few pictures from the end of the race. A girl in our ward ran with me so we finished together. She was a great support!

About 100 yards before the finish line.

We both got medals!!! haha they gave them to everyone! But we were really happy!

I don't know how well you can see the stats of my race, but I ended up with a 9.47 minute mile, and I placed 16th in my division and I beat my goal. I finished in 2 hours 8 minutes 20 seconds, (my goal was 2 hours 10 minutes) Thanks everyone for your support! If you want to see the stats better just go to www.milliseconds.com and type in 4604. We have been traveling and haven't posted for awhile, but it has been so good to be back home... together. Jordan had a very fun time in Ecuador but is glad to be back with us. We had such a fun time at Mom and Dad's, so thanks for letting us stay. Here a few pictures of us lately.

We got some toys from a friend.. In it was Mr. Potato head- Kenzie and Jordan were trying out the parts on themselves!

Happy Anniversary

Well, I know its a little late but Jordan and I celebrated our 4th anniversary on Cinco de Mayo! Jordan suprised me and took me to Park City for the night. Mckenzie was able to stay with Grandma Farr so it was a night out. We drove up to Park City to find that our coupon didn't work :( but we did find a Sushi restaurant close by and stopped in... YUMM! Then we went swimming and alas I think we are getting old, we both fell asleep watching tv at 9:30. We woke up at 1:30 and decided to shut off the lights and say prayers. We then had a hard time trying to go back to sleep! We were able to go to the temple the next morning and spend the day together. It's been a wonderful 4 years! Many more to come!

I know this isn't a wedding picture but it was on our Honeymoon so it was close! Happy Anniversary Jordan! Love ya!

Well, it feels so good to have Jordan back in our lives a little more. He still keeps busy doing scouting, moving neighbors, yardwoork and projects from me, but at least he is able to be with us! Here are some pictures of the last week or so. Kenzie giving big cheesy grins!!!

So I went to the fabric store the other day to find material for a pillow... I walked out with material to make Kenzie a new dress. I have been wanting to get her one of those ones at the mall, but they are too expensive so I settled to make one for 12 bucks... Here is the result.

Easter, Family, & Painting

So as you can tell by the title we've been busy! We are so excited tax season is almost over, 2 weeks and 2 days!!!
Kenzie in her Easter dress. It's kinda fuzzy. I had a hard time getting her to sit still!!

The only way I could get a close up of her was to lay on the ground witht the camera... haha she thought it was funny!

HMMMM.. This little girl doesn't have any attitude. (MOM I"M DONE TAKING PICTURES)

SO these pictures are a little backwards, oh well. When Kj, Jess, and Holli were here, Jess and I put together a little Easter egg hunt for the girls. Inside the eggs we put stickers of Christ, and goldfish!! This is Kenzi eating the goldfish. She was so excited!

Holli really liked the grass in the basket better than finding eggs, but thats ok, she still found a bunch!

This one was kinda tricky to get out! I bonked my head trying to get it out. But I finally got it!

Kenzie's hair has finally come in thicker and I put some mousse in it. SHE HAS Curls!!

We did a little painting in the bathtub the other night! This was Kenzie's face! Haha, she had so much fun smearing all the paint everywhere. Well, a word of caution. If you do use powdered tempera paint, make sure you put a little dish soap in with it. Purple paint turns into a bruise like color when you wash it off. I was so nervous to take her anywhere the next day!! Luckily the paint on her face washed all the way off, it was her hands and legs that stayed purple for a few days!

So sorry about not posting. I found out that I love to read and scrapbook. I never thought I would say I like to read...Sometimes I put Mckenzie down for a nap and thats all I get done... I have read more books in the past year than I have my entire life (combined) But I decided I should take a break and post some of the latest pictures! Kenzie has found her shadow. She was playing with it this morning. She would give it a "high 5" sing, dance and her shadow copied her. She has found a new friend!

So this was one morning when she was extremely happy. She gave a big CHEESE so I had to take a picture... you'll have to excuse me I know I look gorgeous!

So she wanted her shoes on and they wouldn't fit over her pj's so I took them off and let her run around like this for awhile. She was having so much fun! Look at those legs (so cute!)

She also has learned in the past little while how to open up a baggie and dump the contents on the floor. What a smart girl we have!

My love of taking pictures is moving on to my daughter. We had a photo shoot the other day and these were the results!

The other day before church we were feeding her. She had already had a bath and all we had to do was put her dress on. It was 15 min before church and I walked back in from getting ready and found this. Hmmm... I think they should start using pears as gel. It makes hair stay frozen!

Grandpa was having fun with Kenz... 2 binkies... She is in HEAVEN!

Cary came over while Jordan was on a campout the other night. She was getting ready to go home when we looked outside and decided she needed to spend the night with us. We had a blast! Thanks Cary!

SLEEPOVER! We had treats and stayed up late and ate popcorn, watched a chick flick (or two) went to bed... and got up really early!!! Kenzie wasn't tired after 6 :)

Happy New Year!-- We are happy to be back into the swing of things again. It is definitely fun to travel, but it is good to be home! Here are some pictures of the last few weeks!

Her tights that she wears with this dress have bear on the bum! They're called "bear bottom tights" little did I know that they really had a bear on them! So cute!

So, Jordan and I decided to make a Gingerbread house... They are usually expensive during the Christmas season, so we decided to make one later when they were on clearance :) Notice in the bottom right corner of the house, it isn't supposed to be an egg... our snowman had an accident!

Jordan took his last CPA exam right before Thanksgiving and I am very happy to report that he PASSED!!!!!!!!!!!! That means a little bit of paperwork, and he'll be a CPA!!! YEAH! We are so super proud of him! We are excited that he doesn't have study anymore!!

Well, as crazy as the Holidays are, it really is the most wonderful time of the year! We haven't been up to much more than shopping, listening to Christmas music, and Kenzie. Here's a few from the last little while.
Kenzie loves to feed herself... and sometimes Daddy and Mommy. Her lovely face and trying to feed us, as she would say a "caca". She learned her first spanish word!!!!!!

The other day after church we got home and were feeding her. She all of a sudden got quiet in her high chair, and we looked over and she was nodding off to sleep. THEN what was funny is that she layed her head on the table part, found a piece of food with her eyes still closed, and put it in her mouth. She was so tired so instead of forcing her to eat any more, we put her to bed... Silly Mom and Dad, I'm tired!

Doesn't she look like one of thsoe Scarlet Pimpernel people. The tights and bloomers? Just a random picture, but cute!

One of my newest games! I love to take the cans one by one and set them on the ground. Then I take one and roll it across the floor! So much fun!

My first attempt at coloring! I set her down with some crayons and she did pretty good. I colored a couple of things to show her how, but most of it she did! I was so proud of our little artist!

Welcome back to blogging! I know its been awhile. We have been having lots of fun lately so we decided to fit the last 6 weeks into a post that will take you 6 minutes to read.

Kenzie loves the window in our front room. She climbs in there and just beats on the window. Lots of fingerprints for me to clean!

Such a happy girl that loves the camera! She is her mother's daughter!

For Halloween we dressed up as Mario, Luigi, and Toad. Aren't we cute! We actually won the best family costume at Jordan's work party! We got an electric toothbrush... woot woot!

Jordan even went so far as dying his hair! It was so fun. We had black everywhere! As you can tell, he loved every minute of it

Kenzie loves her balloons. Every time I go into a store where there are balloons she points and gets so excited! Sometimes I just can't resist when they are a dollar.

This want the first part of November. Jordan had a conference in Texas so Kenzie and I went to Grandma and Grandpas for the week. We had so much fun!

Happy that Daddy is home. Every morning she likes to help Daddy shave. She even makes a buuz sound!

Happy Birthday Jordan!!!!!!!!! Poor guy had to drive the whole day on his birthday, but he was a trooper and ate at Subway for his birthday lunch. Then Grandma fixed his favorite... tacos and cheesecake for dessert. We didn't have candles so he got a big one! Happy birthday! We love you so much!

And last but not least... Happy birthday to our sweet little girl. This is her by her cake. Ican't believe how fast it all went! We had such a great year! Thanks for making us so happy!

Fall is here

Welcome back to our blog! I can't believe how fast time goes! It is already fall and there is snow in the mountains here which means winter is on its way! Since its fall, it means football! We've been able to watch BYU a couple of times... This is the only thing Mckenzie will actually sit next to us and watch! She will just cuddle up and enjoy. Everything else she likes to get down and play. Silly girl!

You can't really see it, but if you look close at her shoes she is wearing high heels. She has a build a bear that has high heels so I decided to put them on Kenze... she thought they were so funny!

Well, I am a slacker again and haven't posted in almost a month... but here are some highlights of the past little while. I was mad at myself... So this is my fancy dish I made-- I had 30 minutes and 3 secret ingredients, (Mahi Mahi, Gouda cheese, and grapefruit) So I made coconut, grapefruit, and almond encrusted Mahi Mahi, served over a 4 cheese rice, bell pepper and grapefruit pieces... Not too shabby!

There is proof dinosaurs exist... heheh the longnecks are real!

I am an activity day leader and we just had our Daddy Daughter activity. It was a Hawaiian Luau- we made these pineapple cakes (its just a cake decorated as a pineapple) but it took us a really long time to make so I had to take a picture to show my decorating skills.

Oh my... we have a mobile girl! Well she isn't full blown crawling yet but she is sure getting around. We have had so much fun throwing things in front of her to get. So far the things that work best to get her to crawl are cell phones, rings, and last but definitly not least, her binky. She is getting better and better each day.

She would put her thumb in the hole and shake it. She was having so much fun.

On Sunday, we got to attend the Oquirrh Mountain Temple Dedication. It was so neat to go. President Monson gave a great talk and you could feel the Spirit so strong. I love temples!!!

So I'm so sorry for not posting in the last month... Since we seem (well most of them are me) to take lots of random pictures we have a plethera to post in the last month. Enjoy!

I went to pick some veggies at the garden and Grandpa Farr said he would watch Mckenzie while I was out there. I came back in to find her fast asleep! So cute!

We bought a new car! YEAH! Long story short our little Nissan was beginning a long line of repairs so we traded it in (after it died on us going to trade it in). We bought a WHITE (Jordan's favorite car color) Toyota Corolla. He wished it was a truck but we are happy with what we have.

We are the proud new owners of a new sink. I went down into the basement to put something away and found we had a little leak. So Jordan and his Dad investigated and found our faucet was leaking and we needed to replace it. We decided that if we were going to have to put in a new sink in the next few years we might as well just do it now while we are tearing the rest apart. So, now we have a bright shiny new sink... so pretty! A big thanks to Jordan and his Dad for taking all day Saturday to put in this beauty.

Well, another week has passed and it feels like time goes by so fast. We are all doing good here. We are so happy for Steven and Candace. Austyn is a little cutie! We are happy to have another little girl for Mckenzie to play with. Just a happy girl! She just laughs so much! But sometimes we get her laughing too hard and she gets the hiccups... its just too hard to stop.CHEEESE!!!!!!!! Showing off my ladybug outfit from Grandma.

I love my bouncer. You would not believe this girl. She is seriously a little frog. She gets jumping so much and has so much fun!

Hey Boo Boo is that a picnic basket I see? Yep we did it, we took off and went to Yellowstone. We had such a great time. Mckenzie did really well, but she was ready to come home!On our way there we stopped at Mesa Falls. They were so pretty!

Mckenzie slept the whole time so we really didn't get a good picture with her, but we got some good ones with the stroller.

Jordan with Old Faithful. This was his first time to Yellowstone, I think he really enjoyed it!

So we ate pretzels the whole way. Jordan the walrus loves pretzels! :)

So this was Mckenzie right after she woke up. She is such a happy girl!

We got really lucky and saw a black bear about 100 feet away. The ranger there made us stand behind the car or in the car because he was so close. We saw a grizzley but it was really far away. We uses a spotting scope.

Just having fun while we looked at the bear. I have all the teddy bears I want at home, why do I need to see this one.

So the hotel room we stayed in was super duper small. Enough room for a queen bed and her pack n play. There was just a tiny shower and no bathtub. So guess what Kenzie had a bath in... thats right, the cooler. The place was so cute and clean, just not very big.

We saw a bald eagle in its nest.

Our picnic lunches were so fun. We ate lots of sandwiches so we didn't have to drive back to the hotel.

Our adventures of the week

Welcome back my weekly readers! SO our week has been a good one. We've done more laundry this week than we have in a long time... between blowouts and spit ups on both Mckenzie and me (by the way I didn't have a blowout... that was just Mckenzie) we had laundry galore. I finally finished getting it all folded this morning. I started washing on Monday AHHHH! Jordan is doing well and still enjoying his job. He has had some lovely allergies this week, so we definitely know it is spring time. Yeah!!!I really wanted to take a picture of this outfit and I didn't all day until around 5:30. I had the feeling I should probably do it then or I wouldn't get a picture... its a good thing I did because 5 minutes later it was poop city! I love her finger in her mouth. It looks cute!

Every week I have lunch with a lady from our ward. She had a little boy about 6 weeks after Mckenzie so they play while we talk and eat. It looks like Mckenzie is going to eat him! YMMMM.

Jed and Porter came over to play while Megan got a massage. WE made glasses out of Mckenzie's toys. How fun!!! ANd here we all are. Aren't we cute!

So this is the night of the spit ups. Poor thing she wasn't feeling good and spit up 5 times. WE would change her jammies and boom spit up. Well these were some of her last pj's that were clean and we put them on her and found out she couldn't even straighten her legs... we laughed so hard. Poor girl had to just sit there while Mom and Dad got their tired giggles out and take a picture.

YEAH!!!! I finally got them in my mouth! She's been trying really hard and it finally worked!

We were trying to make the same faces as Mckenzie. As you can tell we didn't do too bad!

Well except for this one. I look like I have a gigantor tongue. She was supposed to make a funny face.

This week has been a good one. We've just kinda relaxed and done laundry. It seems like we just get one thing finished and another one pops up. We are so happy to be busy. We are having a wonderful time! Some pictures of the week!

Well, it has been awhile. We have just been playing since Jordan got out of tax season. It has been so fun to have him home. Then Jordan got the chance to go to Ecuador for work so Mcjenzie and I decided to go see Grandma & Grandpa. We had a fun time. Everyone is safe at home now just staying busy as ever.

April 15th-- Just like Christmas!

Welkl Jordan is finally finished with his first tax season. He was able to finish up about 7 so we decided to celebrate. We ate at Carabba's and then came home and ate cake. I told Jordan that it felt just like Christmas... I got him back and it snowed all in one day! Mckenzie is sure happy to see her Daddy more! We are proud of all he does for our family!

Hello Bruce... It's been 2 weeks since my last post... sorry! Just a few of the highlights of the last two weeks.

After a long day-- Easter was a good day we played hard.

This week has had alot of firsts in it for Mckenzie! She is doing so good and is as happy as ever. She got her 4 month checkup and shots. She is 14 pounds 7 ounces and is 26 and 3/4 inches long. She is getting to be really tall. She got to start real food this week and she rolled over fo the first time!!! We are so pround of her!One tuckered out little girl. We were ready for bed!!!!!! What a cute little face when she is sleeping.

Tummy time. It was from this position that she rolled to her back! She was a little shocked, but she did it twice in one day and hasn't done it since... thats just fine we aren't ready to baby proof the house yet!

It was a beautiful summer day so we wore shorts.... Watermelon shorts that is. Her cute little legs just made the outfit complete.

Daddy and his girl on Sunday... our favorite day of the week. Jordan doesn't have to work and so he gets to spend all day with us. They were just so cute on the floor together!

Colorado and back!

Well, we decided it was time to go to Colorado to visit all those who hadn't seen Mckenzie yet. So Jordan's Mom, Mckenzie and I set off, not quite sure how Mckenzie would do on the long drive out there. Well, she did GREAT! We buckled her in and like a light she was out. It did take us a little longer to get there but not much. We were so happy she did so good! It is good to be back but we had such a fun time!Mckenzie laughing her head off with Grandma.

Another week has come and gone. We have been having lots of fun here as you can tell we play dress up quite often :)Chillin in my swing. I love my toys!

We were getting ready for a walk. And... I cut my hair so I would quit putting it into a pony tail... so what do I do instead???? Pigtails... it wouldn't fit in a pony. Ponies or piggies its sometimes as close as I get to doing my hair. I do really like it though... it's a nice change!The sunset made the mountains so pretty! I just had to take a picture!

Everyone in my ward was so impressed at how many men got up to bless her. We are so blessed to have the Priesthood in our family! Thank you all for taking the time to come see our little girl! I have some bad news... I can't get any pictures off my camera. It said that the file is corrupt so I'm going to have to figure out what is wrong with it before I can post pictures. Well another week has flown by. We are doing good here... just keeping busy. A few pictures of our activities this week.

Jordan went camping with the scouts... BRRRRHHH!!! He said he wasn't too cold. I had to take a picture of him practicing. He was excited to go!

Here is just me being silliy with the camera again.

I finally got her in the dress with no spit ups. This is the dress Mom gave her for Christmas. She has been in it 3 or 4 times... but all the others she was either crying or she spit up in it before I could get a picture. This one is so ladylike!

Well, we are excited to have everyone come to Mckenzie's blessing, we will miss those who can't come, but understand that life is busy. Our church starts at 9:00 am, with Sacrament meeting first. Then I have to teach my primary class etc so if you would like to stay at our Church great, otherwise you are welcome to come back and crash at our house. We will then have a little meal about 12 or 12:30ish at our house. Love you all.

Well, this picture is for Dad... you are already teaching her to stick out her tongue... what are we going to do? Mckenzie LOVES to stick out her tongue and imitate anyone who does it.

This week she got her 2 month old shots... she had pretty silver band-aids. She did so good. We were blessed as she didn't have a fever, she was just a little sad when it happened.

As you can see, we didn't have many smiles that night. But she's back to her old self again now.

I am not the only one who likes to take crazy pictures... Jordan got some with her as well.

We have been having so much fun with Mckenzie! She is really starting to have a personality! Everyone needs bunny pj's!

Most mornings Jordan wakes up to Mckenzie and I fast asleep! I guess he decided to take a picture!

Hmm... We are wondering if she is going to become a little boxer. She really likes to cover her chin and punch at things! :)

Well I know I am picture happy, but sometimes she just keeps smiling and I can't stop! Here are a few pictures from this week. She is learning so fast! She loves to play with her little jungle gym! But she even loves to play on the floor!

Well, Jordan has been studying for the CPA exam. There are a total of 4 exams that he has to pass before he can become a CPA. He studied all summer long for the first one. It is supposedly the hardest of the 4. He finally got his results back and he PASSED! It is a pretty hard test considering that only 40% of the people who take it pass on the first try! We're so proud of him!!

Twas the night before Christmas! The stockings that Lori made were hung with care-- how fun!

Not a creature was stirring, not even little Kinzie bear-- I look pretty cute in my Christmas pjs though

Christmas morning we got up early. Mckenzie wanted to open presents at 3, but Daddy said lets just eat and go back to bed. Finally at 6:30 mommy woke daddy and we opened Christmas!

We got some really fun stuff! Thanks to everyone!

Jordan's mom made this quilt and gave Mckenzie the Velveteen Rabbit book with stuffed animal,, it is adorable.

Mckenzie's Blessing

We wanted to see what date would work best for everyone to come out for Mckenzie's blessing. We know you are all really busy, but we would love it if everyone was able to make it. We have chosen 2 dates and wanted to see which one works best for everyone. The first is Sunday, January 18, which is Martin Luther King Jr. Day weekend. The second is Sunday, February 15, which is President's day weekend. We realize that it might not be possible to have everyone here, so we wanted to see what would work best for the majority. Well, Kenzie is officially 3 weeks old! Here are afew pictures of our week.
We have play time, she likes to hit the rattles to make noise.

This is one of my favorites. She has started to smile when you say her name and tickle her.

Our first real bath... hmmm not her favorite, but hopefully she will like it one day.

SHE'S FINALLY HERE!!!

Monday morning I went into the Hospital and by Monday Night at 6:20 we had a precious little girl! She was 7 pounds 1 ounce and 20 inches long. We sure love her so much. Here are just a few pictures we've taken so far. We can't believe she's already a couple of days old.

Here is one of my favorites! This is the little dress and blanket Grandma Coleen made for her. She even smiled for the camera!

I just wanted to post a few pictures of Jordan's Pre- Birthday celebration. We had a little party with some friends a family about a week ago because we weren't sure if we would be at the hospital for Jordan's Birthday. We had a really good time and Thank you to all who came. We wish everyone was closer so you all could have been there!

Here is Cary taking out the birthday candles. There was quite the flame on this year's cake... well he wanted cheese cake with white chocolate and raspberries... Yumm!!

So this was before everyone came over. I made Jordan wear a crown from the Dollar store (I love that Place). I took the picture and come to find out, Jordan's gum matched his crown.

Happy Halloween...a few weeks late

Well, I know it is a few weeks after Halloween and all, but here are our pumkins that we carved... not much to keep us entertained. We went to the store the night before and paid 27 cents for the pumpkin... not too shabby!
I think Jordan should have carved the tall skinny one... It looks more like him.

And I should have carved the short chubby one. It looks like my belly.

Well, thats all the fun for now. As for the baby, she is due on Sunday :), but who knows when she will come. I think she is pretty content right now with where she is at. We'll keep you all posted!

THE NEW ROOM!

Well--- After 4 coats of paint we are finally FINISHED!! Baby now has a room to come home to. We had a great time painting as you can tell Jordan found a hiding spot his own little fort.
Here we are getting all set up. The blue makes a nice border don't you think?

I just couldn't resist. Jordan was taping and it looked like it was really awkward for his arms to bend so I took a picture. I promise I did some of the work.

As you can tell by this picture I started working really hard :) I had to get the camera up to Jordan so he could take the picture.

After the first coat of paint! The gray is lovely! It just brings out the pink!

After the first coat of white to cover the pink... it still looked pink. She's the pink of Perfection made of skim milk and rice. She's not knock Kneed Nancy!!

But finally after 3 more coats... ITS WHITE! The gray is now red and the chair rail is black. I'm finished rhyming now, don't give me any flack.

Jordan gave it a good thumbs up... he liked it!

And the doorway... so pretty!

Now for the decorations! I put lady bug stickers... even though they look like little specks, they look really good.

And the crib!!! YEAH! I love the blanket too!!

See-- here they are.. SO CUTE!

A whole bunch of them! They just kept coming!

This is the end! After lots of work we are very happy with our new room!!! JOrdan said no more painting--- ever! But I think I'll get him to paint next year which is only a month away- I'll need something to do while he is working!

So we know it's been awhile... we just thought we would update you on our lives. We are getting things ready for Baby to get here... only 5 1/2 more weeks. Time sure does fly.We currently have the items in the rocker here, a crib, a stroller, some receiving blankets, and some outfits... we are working on the rest. We will get it soon, everything in time :)
Jordan's mom made us a blanket. It has ladybugs on it... very cute!
We got this outfit from Jordan's mom as well. She just couldn't pass it up when she saw it had a ladybug on it!
This we have had for awhile. She wouldn't be Jordan's daughter without something from Moab! It will come in nice and handy when it is a little chili!
I told Jordan we hadn't posted pictures of us for awhile, so here is him saying "Lori... just hurry and take a picture."

Here is one of me... as you can see I not only take random pictures with your cameras, I take them with mine as well.
I was trying to get a full length one so you could see that I have a tummy. Its getting bigger and it is getting really fun to bend over. Sometimes I have to pick things up with my toes... oh the joys!
Kinda scary I know, but just another fun one.
THis is our Spider-man bed. Hehehe We got cold and so we threw on another blanket. It just so happens it looks like a 10 year olds bedroom now :) How fun! To be young again. Jordan loves it because it is a motorcycle one... it reminds him of the good ole' days.
WE got this diaper in the mail. We like to look at it and see how tiny it is. Thats my hand... hmm she's going to have a small bum.

My Birfday!

I had a wonderful birfday! I woke up to the house decorated and a big suprise waiting for me! I was so excited to see it! Then I went to lunch with Cary to Zupas yummy! Then we went to the dr. and saw Baby. Then we went SHOPPING and I got a new shirt. We then starting driving home when our car battery died... so we waited on the side of the road until Jordan's dad picked us up. Then we went out to eat at Olive Garden ... SO GOOD! Then we finished the night off with a dollar movie... Prince Caspian. It was such a good day. Thanks to everyone!

I got a old fashioned clock for my clock collection!
And a poopy baby card! Heeee,,, hmmm I wonder if this is what baby will be like?Jordan gave me a rockin' chair. I was so excited! This is Jordan studying for the CPA exam. He looks so focused!!

I got a PIANO! I have had so much fun playing it! I will put on my very own recital when you come to visit us!

Everyone has wondered where my belly pictures are so here is one... I no longer have a belly button. hehehe I'm getting a little volleyball pansa!

Camping in the wild wild woods!

We have been going like crazy the past few weeks. We traveled home, and didn't take 1 picture :( But we had a good time. Here are some pictures of when we went camping... you can't see it, but I'm starting to have a little belly.

Sorry it has been so long since we have posted anything. We went to the doctor on Friday and here is part of the Ultrasound. Little baby girl is excited to see all of you! The doctor said she is doing really well she is about 7 inches long and weighs 13 ounces. She's gonna need to gain some more weight to keep up with mom and dad. If anyone is reading this that doesn't know we are expecting, sorry, I'm sure we tried calling you. We are expecting her to come visit us for Thanksgiving. Sorry there are so many videos and that they are so small, don't feel like you have to watch them all, but we thought we would post them all just in case.

An update on the last few weeks

We haven't posted anything in a long time so we figured it was about time. We now are back from all of our travels and our internet is up and running so now we can post things. First, here are a couple pictures from graduation. Then after graduation we decided to go on a little vacation. We drove to California and visited Amy and David and their family and then we went on a little California/Mexico cruise.

We Bought a HOUSE!!!

So, welcome to the tour of our home! After much bargaining and pleading we were finally able to close yesterday. We now have keys so you all can come and see whenever you have time. For now though a virtual tour will have to do.

Here is the lovely master bathroom,,, don't ask me why this is first, I put the entry way first but it ended up last so we'll go backwards!

The master bathroom has a jetted tub--- ah man, now I have to take more baths!

This is the lovely dining room. It is very open, which we love! There are lots of windows so I don't have to turn on the lights during the day, how nice!! Also, they were going to throw their table in the trash can... so we said since we don't have a table we would take it... YEAH!
Here is the Garage. It is alot cleaner now, but all the shelves got to stay along with all the lawn equipment, and more. They had rented a UHAUL, filled it up, got another UHAUL trailer, and completely packed it, so needless to say they saved us some stuff. LUCKY!

Now, here we start at the beginning. This is the entry way. It is very cute!

Here is our lovely kitchen. HOw fun! They left the fridge, washer and dryer. We are pretty much moving into a furnished house! We are both excited for the microwave. Our one now, when you pop popcorn in it the bag gets really stuck and then you have half burned half unpopped yummy! This microwave is bigger! WE are movin up!
I thought Amy would really like this room. The people had a little girl so they have a pink room with a little bay window. Well, I guess when we have kids we better have at least one girl or we are going to have to repaint. I will say even though I don't like pink as much as Amy, I did like the room.
This was the master bedroom. We wish they left the bed, but thats ok he he he. I've spent lots of time dreaming up how to decorate!!
Here is the living room complete with fireplace. Sorry for the picture of the girl in it, thats the person we bought the house from, she stepped right as soon as I took the picture.

I've Got a Green Thumb!

With spring quickly approaching we decided to exercise eminent domain and steal some of my Grandparent's yard to plant a garden. This is the portion which we stole from them. Today we spent a couple of hours rototilling the ground and getting the soil already.

Then we planted 25 strawberry plants (Lori wanted 4) in addition to the 24 that my Grandpa planted. So if anybody needs strawberrys in a few months let us know.

Well, we finally have our toilet back. Neither one of us had time this morning to plunge and work on the toilet this morning, so we left the fan on and went to school... Yikes I know, but it had to be done, it wasn't budging. So when I came home with a new fancy plunger after school (this plunger is wicked awesome!! It is a plunger that uses 4 CO2 cartridges to blow everything out of the way) I listened, and couldn't hear the fan. So I went back to the bathroom, and found a nice clean toilet sitting there! Jordan's Grandpa had come down to get some things and noticed the fan was on and took a little peek-- he had no problem plunging it out. We were really grateful, but we felt bad he had to even go in there. Needless to say, we are going to take him some nice brownies or something. It was a good suprise. And also just so you know, Jordan's grandpa said that it isn't just us... its the toilet in our house. He said that other people have had bad problems with it too. Good thing, I was starting to worry something was wrong with me!

Well, somehow our toilet was mysteriously clogged... Oh DEAR!!! WHat to do what to do to the doo doo. We decided to google it because even our amazing plunger has failed us. Maybe we will try the plumber snake because we've both been holding for a long time... We'll keep you posted on our success! Here is a video for all ya out there that don't have power flushers.

For President's Day we went to Moab. We wish that those of you who were going to come could have but we understand that the weather wasn't cooperative. We thought we would share some pictures of our trip.

Of course we did lots of jeeping, but all of that bouncing around in the jeeps made me have to go to the bathroom.

We decided to stay current on the times so we went and read the newspaper at Newspaper Rock.And last but not least, our favorite picture. Don't you just love what you can do in a rental.

On behalf of Lori's Junior High students I want to thank her for making all of the Valentines Day cookies that she did. She has roughly 200 students and decided to make Valentines Day cookies for all of them. So until about 10pm last night and starting at 5:30am today our house has been a bakery.

I know it looks like Lori has a black eye, it is just the lighting and the fact that this picture was taken at around 6am today.

I just hope that there are some left for me when I get home tonight :)

Thanks to Facebook and the Front Row Fanatics group we were able to win front row tickets to Saturday nights BYU mens volleyball game. It was a lot of fun, but as you can see we were directly lined up for any balls that went a little too far. It definitely kept us on our toes. And because we were right behind the players we were able to taunt the opposing team thereby making it so that BYU won!
